Royal Adhesives and Sealants offers a wide range of adhesives for assembly applications under the Hardman®, the Silaprene® and Hydra FAST-EN® brand names.
Hardman assembly adhesives are used in a wide variety of applications including brush and roller, grinding wheels, hammers and axes, repair and maintenance, and sporting goods. Hardman EPOWELD®, EPOSET®, MONOPOXY®, ROLOX® epoxy, KALEX® urethane, and DOUBLE/BUBBLE® single-use structural adhesives offer superior bonding properties such as exceptional shear and peel strength, chemical resistance, high and low temperature resistance, vibration, shock, torque and impact resistance, thermal conductivity, and flame retardancy.
Silaprene® solvent-based and Hydra FAST-EN® water-based adhesives and sealants are used in a variety of assembly applications including roofing, foam and furniture fabrication, repair and maintenance, transportation, and marine. Both Silaprene and Hydra FAST-EN® systems are designed to offer immediate and strong bonds with a variety of industrial substrates including foam, wood, FRP, metal, plastic, textile, and leather. These systems also provide superior performance properties such as high initial green strength, resistance to humidity, water, oil, and solvents, resistance to plasticizers, and ease of application.
